真石漆施工工藝 一、真石漆工藝流程 1. 基面處理 2. 批刮找平膩子 3. 滾涂抗堿底漆或封固底漆（同色底） 4. 溝縫分格處理 5. 噴涂超耐候真石漆 6. 噴涂防塵罩光面漆（水性） 二、真石漆施工 第一步基面處理 由于基面的狀況直接關系到真石漆的施工質量， 因此在裝修前，必須對基面認真檢查驗收。 具體要求如下： 1) 剛建成的新墻，需要充分養(yǎng)護，干燥；然后才能進行一系列的噴涂施工。 2) 基面應平整、潔凈，不得有油污，浮灰或其它污染物。 基底驗收標準： 1. 表面平整度：一般要求錯位在 5mm以下，若超過此范圍則需進行打磨使之平整。 2. 無脫層、空鼓、面層無裂縫、風裂不大于 0.2mm，無明顯砂眼等缺陷。 3. 面層達中級抹灰， 即產(chǎn)面垂直度不大于 4mm，表面平整度小于 4mm，陰陽角垂直度小于 4mm，方正 4mm。 4. 表面必須平整、潔凈、顏色均勻，無裂紋、無明顯接槎，無灰
