保定市城鄉(xiāng)建筑設(shè)計院辦公樓設(shè)計 學生：石磊 指導教師：宗蘭 （南京工程學院建筑工程學院，江蘇 南京， 211167） 摘要：本工程是保定市城鄉(xiāng)建筑設(shè)計院辦公樓設(shè)計，共 4 層，第一層層高 3.6 米、其余層 層高 3.3 米，總高 15.00 米，為鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)。本框架抗震等級為三級，抗震設(shè)防烈 度為 7 度。本說明書包括如下部分： 1．工程概況； 2。荷載計算； 3。框架結(jié)構(gòu)的受力分析、計算和設(shè)計； 4。屋蓋、樓蓋設(shè)計； 5。樓梯設(shè)計； 6 基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計。 本設(shè)計包括建筑設(shè)計和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計， 完成 6 張建筑施工圖和 6 張結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖。 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計主 要對⑦軸橫向框架進行了抗震設(shè)計： 根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方案， 采用底部剪力法求水平地震荷載作 用大小，用 D值法計算水平荷載作用下框架結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力、 用彎矩二次分配法計算豎向荷載作 用下的結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力， 根據(jù)內(nèi)力組合找出最不利內(nèi)力， 對框架梁、 柱進行配筋
