復合塑料包裝袋中重金屬遷移量的測定

將復合塑料袋用4%乙酸浸泡,采用石墨爐原子吸收光譜儀對其中的鉛、鎘、鉻、鎳、銅、砷遷移量進行了測定。結果表明:各元素的吸光度與質量濃度呈良好的線性關系,相關系數(shù)為0.9989～0.9999,元素Pb、Cd、Cr、Ni、Cu、As的檢出限分別為1.04、0.05、0.98、1.00、0.97、0.96μg/L,各元素測定結果的相對標準偏差在1.03%～6.81%之間(n=6),樣品的加標回收率為95.11%～104.52%。

This paper compared the overall migration of chemicals from PVC film into different food simulants,investigated the change tendency of migration with the time and temperature changed.Migration of chemicals from PVC film into the water food simulants is probably 20mg/dm2and the migration of chemicals from PVC film into the fatty food simulants(Iso-octane)is probably 100mg/dm2.Migration of chemicals from PVC into food simulants become more and more with the extension of time and the increase of temperature until the balanced of migration.
