主要分部分項工程施工方法 一 樓地面工程施工方法 本工程樓地面工程做法為水泥砂漿。 (1) 基層清理 : 地面基層 , 地墻相交的墻面 , 踢腳板處的粘雜物清理干凈 , 影響面層厚 度的凸出部 分應剔除平整。 (2) 灑水潤濕 : 在施工前一天灑水潤濕基層。 (3) 抹踢腳板 : 有墻面抹灰層的踢腳板 , 底層砂漿和面層砂漿分兩次抹成 ; 無墻面抹 灰層的只抹面層 砂漿。 (4) 刷素水泥砂漿結合層 : 宜刷水泥漿 , 也可在墊層或樓板基層上均勻灑水后 , 再撒水泥面 ,經掃涂形 成均勻的水泥漿黏結層 ,隨刷隨鋪水泥砂漿。 (5) 沖筋貼灰餅 : 根據(jù)標高水平線 , 在地面四周做灰餅 ,如有地漏和有坡度要求的地面 , 應按設計要求 做泛水和坡度。 (6) 鋪水泥砂漿壓頭遍 :要求在水泥初凝前進行 ,之后進行第二遍壓光 ,要求不漏壓 , 平而出光。有分格 的地面壓過后
