電力安全工作規(guī)程（線路部分） （選編） 2.1 在電力線路上工作，保證安全的組織措施。 2.1.1 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘察制度。 2.1.2 工作票制度。 2.1.3 工作許可制度。 2.1.4 工作監(jiān)護(hù)制度。 2.1.5 工作間斷制度。 2.1.6 工作終結(jié)和恢復(fù)送電制度。 2.2 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘察制度。 2.2.1 進(jìn)行電力線路施工作業(yè)、工作票簽發(fā)人或工作負(fù)責(zé)人認(rèn)為有必要現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘察的檢修作 業(yè)，施工、檢修單位均應(yīng)根據(jù)工作任務(wù)組織現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘察，并填寫現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘察記錄（見附錄 A）。 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘察由工作票簽發(fā)人組織。 2.2.2 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘察應(yīng)查看現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工 （檢修） 作業(yè)需要停電的范圍、 保留的帶電部位和作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng) 的條件、環(huán)境及其他危險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)等。 根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘察結(jié)果，對(duì)危險(xiǎn)性、復(fù)雜性和困難程度較大的作業(yè)項(xiàng)目，應(yīng)編制組織措施、 技術(shù)措施、安全措施，經(jīng)本單位分管生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo) （總工程師） 批準(zhǔn)后執(zhí)行。 2.3.2 填用第一種工作票的工作為：
